‘Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae,’ supplied by Jeil Construction in the Cheomdan 3 District of the Gwangju Research and Development Special Zone in Gwangju Metropolitan City, will accept first-priority subscription applications on the 26th (Tuesday).

Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae will be introduced in A2 Block and A5 Block of Cheomdan 3 District. A2 Block consists of 24 buildings from basement level 2 to 20 floors, with a total of 1,845 units ranging from 59㎡ to 84㎡ in exclusive area. A5 Block consists of 12 buildings from basement level 1 to 20 floors, with a total of 584 units ranging from 116㎡ to 184㎡ in exclusive area.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on September 25th (Monday), followed by first-priority subscription on the 26th (Tuesday), and second-priority subscription on the 27th (Wednesday). The winners will be announced on October 11th (Wednesday) for A2 Block and on October 10th (Tuesday) for A5 Block, respectively. Contracts will be signed over five days from October 23rd (Monday) to October 27th (Friday). Since the announcement dates for the two blocks differ, duplicate subscriptions are possible.

Right in front of the complex, kindergartens as well as planned sites for elementary and middle schools are scheduled, providing a one-stop school zone within walking distance. Additionally, a commercial district and neighborhood park are planned in front of the complex, and residents can also share the fully developed infrastructure of Cheomdan 1 and 2 Districts and Suwan District.

Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae is supplied at a reasonable price under the price ceiling system. Anyone nationwide aged 19 or older who has held a subscription account for more than six months and meets the deposit requirements by region and area can apply regardless of their place of residence.
