In the last week of September, a total of 5,194 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 23rd, a total of 5,194 households across 6 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the last week of September. Among them, 4,027 households are for general sale.


Major complexes conducting subscription include 'Bomun Central I-Park' in Bomun-dong 1-ga, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, 'Hillstate Gwanak Cent Ciel' in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and 'Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae' in Jinwon-myeon, Jangseon-gun, Jeonnam.


HDC Hyundai Development Company is offering 'Bomun Central I-Park' through the Bomun 5 District housing redevelopment project at 196-11 Bomun-dong 1-ga, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. It will be developed with 2 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, totaling 199 households. Among them, 87 households are for general sale.


This is a residential-commercial complex apartment located right in front of Bomun Station, a transfer station between Subway Line 6 and the Uisinseol Line. It has well-established living infrastructure with government offices such as the district office and community center, university hospitals, and traditional markets nearby. Dongshin Elementary, Anam Elementary, Yongmun Middle and High Schools, and Gyeongdong High School are within walking distance for school commuting.


Hyundai Engineering & Construction is offering 'Hillstate Gwanak Cent Ciel' through the Bongcheon 4-1-2 District housing redevelopment project at San 101, Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul. It will be developed with 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 28 floors above ground, totaling 997 households. Among them, 101 households are for general sale.


In Gwanak-gu, there are many complexes pursuing redevelopment projects including this housing redevelopment. Upon completion, a new residential town with about 9,000 households is expected to be formed.


The transportation environment will also improve with the planned opening of the Western Line light rail (scheduled to start construction in 2024) connecting Saejeol Station and Seoul National University Station. Guam Elementary, Middle, and High Schools are within walking distance, and the area around the complex is rich in green spaces such as Guksabong and Sangdo Neighborhood Park.
