‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet,’ the first knowledge industry center introduced within Eco Delta City, announced that it will offer various convenience facilities and services through an integrated smart platform app, providing an experience unlike any other in Busan.
‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet,’ introduced by Bando Construction for the first time in Busan, is a hybrid knowledge industry center combining eco-friendliness and advanced technology. It is the largest in Busan and the first knowledge industry center within Eco Delta City, attracting significant attention.
‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ enhances work convenience through various services available on an integrated smart platform. The smart platform app allows users to reserve shared conference rooms and multipurpose rooms, pre-register visitors and vehicles, and check the status of knowledge industry center facilities, maximizing work efficiency.
Additionally, it enables reservation, payment, and status checks for community facilities, and adds convenience through management fee inquiries and usage history checks. It also functions as a living support center by handling center notices, civil complaint applications, document room access, tenant surveys, and communication spaces among tenants.
Moreover, it provides various concierge services such as business support, executive-exclusive reservations, recommendations, protocol, and leisure and cultural information services, enhancing tenant convenience and satisfaction.
‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ plans to showcase a specialized design unique to ‘Ivy Planet,’ maximizing work efficiency with a design optimized for the characteristics of each company, based on Bando Construction’s expertise.
First, it offers a variable floor plan design that broadens the range of options with various sizes from small to large. This creates an optimal office environment suitable for small offices for startups and small businesses as well as offices for medium-sized companies.
From basement level 1 to the 5th floor above ground, a drive-in and door-to-door system, a wide parking road up to 7 meters, and a floor load capacity of up to 1.2 tons per square meter have been established, allowing access directly in front of rooms inside the building. Additionally, four freight elevators connected to the loading dock operate on all floors.
To enhance space and work efficiency, a seminar room capable of hosting various programs and content related to work such as lectures and meetings will be available on basement level 1. There will also be a studio for corporate and product promotional photography and video shooting (including YouTube), open meeting rooms in the first-floor lobby, and shared conference rooms on floors 2 through 8. A fitness center and shower facilities will also be installed on basement level 1.
‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ will be developed as the largest knowledge industry center in Busan, located in Gangseo-gu, Busan, with 2 basement levels to 8 floors above ground, a total floor area of 166,292 square meters, 1,128 units, and 82 neighborhood living facilities.
Situated adjacent to Myeongji International New City and Nakdongnam-ro, it is a double station area within a 5-minute walk to the planned Gangseo Line and the upcoming Hadam-Noksa Line transfer station. Nearby are approximately 19 industrial complexes including Noksan National Industrial Complex and Hwajeon General Industrial Complex, home to about 7,000 diverse tenant companies. The area is also equipped with abundant administrative and living infrastructure such as the Busan District Court Western Branch, Busan Gangseo Tax Office, Saha Registry Office, and Myeongji-dong Post Office, enhancing work convenience.
Furthermore, the nearby Gadeokdo New Airport, set to open in 2029, will serve as a logistics hub. Myeongji IC and Seobusan IC are located nearby, providing excellent transportation networks to surrounding areas. In addition, regional transportation development plans include the Sasang-Haeundae Expressway, Bujeon-Masan double-track railway line (scheduled for 2024), Eomgung Bridge, Jangnak Bridge, and the Busan-type express railway (BuTX), all of which will further improve the transportation environment.
The promotional center and model house for the ‘Eco Delta City Bando Ivy Planet’ knowledge industry center are located in Gangseo-gu, Busan. Construction officially began on July 1 and is progressing steadily, with completion scheduled for September 2026.
