Asung Daiso, a fixed-price household goods store, announced on the 21st that it will launch a ‘Tennis Equipment Special Exhibition’.
This special exhibition is designed to offer great value for people enjoying tennis, as the number of tennis players increases. It features a total of about 70 products including tennis equipment, exercise support items, and tennis bags.
The tennis equipment includes tennis balls, overgrip tapes, and dampeners. The rubber material ‘Tennis Ball (Pressureless)’ is soft and pliable, making it perfect for practice, children’s matches, or play, while the ‘Tennis Ball (Pressurized)’ offers excellent elasticity and spin, making it suitable for competitive use. The ‘Overgrip Tape’ that wraps around the racket handle is available in soft, sticky, and towel types. In particular, the ‘Tennis Overgrip Tape (Towel Type)’ is made of highly absorbent towel material, making it a great choice for those who sweat a lot on their hands.
Tennis involves repetitive strong racket swings, which can cause a condition called ‘Tennis Elbow,’ characterized by elbow pain. Using a ‘Dampener’ that absorbs racket vibrations can help prevent related injuries. The dampeners are offered in two types: a circular type that fits into the racket strings and a knot type that is tied and fixed, allowing users to choose according to their preference.
Exercise support items include hairbands, wristbands, and sports roll taping. The ‘Tennis Hairband’ is made of towel material to help absorb sweat flowing from the forehead during exercise and keep hair from falling down. The matching ‘Tennis Wristband’ is also available, making it convenient to purchase as a set. To prevent joint, muscle, and ligament injuries that may occur during exercise, ‘Sports Roll Taping’ is recommended. It is made of highly elastic fabric that sticks directly to the skin and helps support muscles and protect joints.
Tennis bags, keyrings, and socks are also available. The ‘Tennis Bag Eco Bag’ enhances practicality by separately dividing the racket storage space and the compartment for personal belongings. The ‘Keyring’ is designed cutely with a tennis motif and can be used as a point item by hanging it on eco bags or AirPods cases. The ‘Tennis Socks’ feature a simple lettering design suitable for everyday wear, with a thicker sole area compared to regular socks.
An Asung Daiso representative said, “As customer interest in tennis has recently increased, we prepared the ‘Tennis Equipment Special Exhibition’ to offer great value. We plan to continue presenting products that satisfy customers through various special exhibitions in the future.”
