Gwangju Dong-gu, Workplace Bullying Prevention Training
On the 19th, Dong-gu District of Gwangju Metropolitan City announced that it conducted 'Power Harassment (Workplace Bullying) Prevention Education' for all senior public officials.
District Mayor Im Taek personally served as the instructor, providing education focused on the definition and types of workplace power harassment, along with various real-life cases.
Since MZ generation employees make up the majority, the program is evaluated to have enhanced the prevention effect of workplace power harassment that is likely to occur in the working environment between senior public officials and employees.
Im Taek, Mayor of Dong-gu, said, "Senior public officials hold positions that greatly influence organizational culture, so changes in awareness and attitude can have a positive impact on the entire organization," adding, "Through this education, I urge senior public officials to take the lead in improving power harassment issues."
