Youth Day Commemoration 'Cheongsong Youth Networking Party' Held

Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, held the ‘Cheongsong Youth Networking Party’ on September 15th in celebration of Youth Day.

The ‘Cheongsong Youth Networking Party’ was organized for the first time as a platform for local youth living in Cheongsong to build relationships and exchange information. It was held in a home party style tailored to the tastes of young people at Stay Cheongchun Cafe located in Cheongsong-eup, which was established last year through the youth startup support project.

This event carried the slogan ‘The Growth Stories of Shining 2030 Youth’ and was divided into a session to listen to stories from young entrepreneurs settled in the region and a session for participants to introduce themselves and share conversations. Attendees freely communicated while enjoying prepared food and beverages.

In particular, after the networking party, a satisfaction survey showed that all participants expressed satisfaction and responded that they would participate in future events. There was also a desire for more frequent opportunities for young people from various professions to exchange information.

County Governor Yoon Kyung-hee stated, “We will spare no support in strengthening the capabilities of youth, including support for employment and startups for the young people who will lead Cheongsong, as well as operating various programs.”
