KIB Plug Energy Wins 17.8 Billion KRW Contract for Chemical Plant Equipment

KIB Plug Energy announced on the 14th that it has secured an order worth 17.8 billion KRW for chemical plant equipment from Hyundai Engineering.

The contract period is until March 20, 2025. KIB Plug Energy stated that since last year, the order environment has improved, and its performance is expected to improve focusing on highly profitable projects in the future.

Meanwhile, KIB Plug Energy changed its company name last July and entered the hydrogen value chain business. This is a strategy to expand its fields from the existing chemical equipment business, such as heat exchangers, to high value-added future businesses.
