Accordingly, the ‘TrueL Signature Cheonan Station’ apartment complex, which is attracting attention as a station-area complex near Cheonan Station, recently decided on a 50 million KRW discount on the pre-sale price. Additionally, they implemented a fixed contract deposit of 9 million KRW (first installment) to minimize the financial burden on contract holders.
