Classical Performance at Yeongbingwan and Jazz Concert at Urban Island

Seoul Shilla Hotel announced on the 13th that it will present a 'Culture Chukangseu' including performances at the 'Yeongbingwan' and the outdoor swimming pool 'Urban Island' during the six-day Chuseok golden holiday.
Every year during the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays, Seoul Shilla Hotel has held events where guests can enjoy live performances and gourmet food with new concepts. This year, the hotel will offer a classical concert and a holiday buffet with 'Candlelight' production at Yeongbingwan. An outdoor jazz performance will also be held for outdoor swimming pool guests.
The classical concert held at Yeongbingwan is available to customers who purchase the Chuseok-exclusive 'Golden Holiday' package. Golden Holiday is a Chuseok product enhanced with cultural and artistic content, hoping that the Chuseok holiday will be remembered and recorded as precious.
The concert, held for four days starting September 27, one day before the Chuseok holiday, features the Risus Quartet, a string quartet gaining attention for various recent attempts, cellists Im Ihwan and Yoon Seokwoo, and guitarist Ned Darlington, performing different programs each day.
The Risus Quartet will perform pieces suitable for autumn nights, including Vivaldi's Four Seasons, on the 28th and 30th. On the 27th and 29th, cellists Im Ihwan and Yoon Seokwoo will perform tango and Latin music duets with Ned Darlington.
At Yeongbingwan, besides the concert, the holiday buffet 'Golden Holiday Dinner' and whiskey will be provided. The holiday buffet, featuring menus such as black pepper tenderloin chop steak, caper cream, and grilled flatfish, can be enjoyed before the classical performance. Before and after the performance, Abellawer 12-year-old whiskey and highballs will be served.
Meanwhile, from September 28 to October 3 during the Chuseok holiday, a jazz quartet consisting of vocals, contrabass, guitar, and jazz drums will perform jazz at the outdoor swimming pool Urban Island. The program includes various songs suitable for autumn, such as traditional standard jazz, swing jazz, and contemporary jazz.
The Golden Holiday package includes a room (1 night), Golden Holiday concert (for 2 people), Golden Holiday dinner and whiskey/highball beverage benefits (for 2 people), a snap photo service (one photo shoot at Yeongbingwan photo zone with printing and framing), and a limited edition Yutnori set. It is available from September 27 to 30.
The jazz performances at Urban Island will be held from September 28 to October 3 during the Chuseok holiday, and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM (30 minutes performance, 15 minutes break). Customers entering during the performance time will be offered one welcome cocktail made with premium vodka each.
