Daewoo E&C to Launch 'Trius Gwangmyeong' Sales in October... Move-in Scheduled for 2024

Daewoo Engineering & Construction Consortium (Daewoo E&C, Lotte E&C, Hyundai Engineering) will launch the sale of ‘Trius Gwangmyeong,’ a redevelopment project of Gwangmyeong 2R district in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province, in October. The complex consists of 26 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 3,344 units sized between 36 and 102㎡, of which 730 units will be offered for general sale.

Breaking down the general sale units by size: △36㎡ 142 units △59㎡A 57 units △59㎡B 15 units △84㎡A 46 units △84㎡B 274 units △84㎡C 118 units △102㎡A 20 units △102㎡B 58 units, offering a diverse range from small to large-sized units. Additionally, the supply ratio of medium to large-sized units, which has been scarce in Gwangmyeong, is high, making it highly attractive to buyers.


Trius Gwangmyeong is located at the center of Gwangmyeong New Town, allowing residents to enjoy abundant living infrastructure. As a large-scale complex of 3,344 units built by a consortium of major construction companies, it is attracting significant interest from buyers. Furthermore, it is a post-sale complex scheduled for move-in in December 2024, enabling residents to move in sooner than pre-sale apartments and carefully check the layout and features of the complex.

Walking distance to Gwangmyeongsageori Station on Subway Line 7 and Gaebong Station on Line 1... Convenient commuting to Seoul

Once opened, travel time from Ansan to Yeouido will be reduced to 25 minutes, significantly shortening travel time from Gwangmyeong to Seoul.


Additionally, an underground project for the Gwangmyeong-Seoul Expressway section is planned. This expressway, a privately funded highway connecting Gahak-dong in Gwangmyeong and Banghwa-dong in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, is scheduled to open in 2024. Among this, a 1.5 km section from Won Gwangmyeong Village to the Bucheon city boundary will be undergrounded.

The future value of the Gwangmyeong New Town development is also attracting attention. Gwangmyeong New Town covers a total area of 2,319,545㎡ around Gwangmyeong-dong and Cheolsan-dong and is planned to be completed by 2025. As of July 5, according to Gwangmyeong City, a total of 11 housing redevelopment projects are underway in the area, and upon completion, a new residential town of approximately 25,000 households is expected to be established.


Additionally, a complex station area combining business, distribution, and commercial facilities such as GIDC, Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital, and Gwangmyeong Trade Center is being developed in the nearby Iljik-dong and Soha-dong areas, which is expected to revitalize the local economy.
