Prepared Over 40 Types of Convenient Meals Including Premium Charyesang

Dongwon Dear Food's home-cooked meal specialty online mall, ‘The Banchan&’, announced on the 12th that it will hold a Chuseok special exhibition featuring more than 40 types of holiday foods, including ready-made ceremonial tables and small-portion convenience foods, in line with the changing holiday culture.

This special exhibition includes a ready-made ‘Premium Charyesang’ consisting of 16 types of ancestral ritual foods, a ‘Convenient Charyesang’ consisting of 9 types, as well as a variety of handmade assorted jeon, braised short ribs, japchae, and namul.

The Premium Charyesang is a ready-made ceremonial table composed of foods directly prepared by The Banchan&, such as assorted jeon, skewers, and namul, along with domestic fruits like apples and dried persimmons. The practical Convenient Charyesang, made up of nine essential ceremonial foods, allows customers to add only the foods they need according to regional and household characteristics. Since its launch, the ‘Convenient Charyesang’ has seen steady sales growth, with sales increasing by about 30% compared to the previous year during last Lunar New Year.

Orders for the Premium Charyesang and Convenient Charyesang will be accepted until 5 p.m. on the 26th of this month, and all orders will be delivered simultaneously in the early morning of the first day of the Chuseok holiday, the 28th. In addition, individually portioned items such as handmade assorted jeon, seasoned meat, and snacks, as well as traditional liquors like Hansan Sogokju, will also be sold.
