Lotte Hotel Seoul announced on the 4th that it will hold the 'Must Be Shine Muscat' promotion in collaboration with 'Tasted,' a lifestyle select shop famous for its Rainbow Rabbit dolls.
Lotte Hotel Seoul, which collaborates with trendy brands every dessert promotion season, is presenting a unique concept this time with Tasted. The story is that colorful Rainbow dolls have conquered the Peninsula Lounge & Bar in search of heart ores necessary for survival. Various Rainbow dolls can be found not only at the table seats but also throughout the lounge.
The Must Be Shine Muscat dessert buffet and afternoon tea set will be available until the end of November at the Peninsula Lounge & Bar on the 1st floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul. The dessert buffet operates on weekends and public holidays from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. The lounge is filled with sweet desserts such as lime mousse, tarts, roll cakes, mascarpone cheese mousse containing Shine Muscat, as well as cookies, vanilla financiers, milk pudding, and macarons. Additionally, light meals such as mushroom soup, black pepper sirloin stir-fry, rose tteokbokki, and egg fried rice are also prepared.
The regularly sold afternoon tea set offers fresh Shine Muscat paired with agar (kanten) to better enjoy its natural refreshing taste and crisp texture, along with bear-shaped strawberry chocolate and ?clairs topped with soft cream as welcome desserts.
The three-tier tray includes about 10 kinds of premium desserts such as Shine Muscat jelly, coconut mousse, pineapple mousse, cheese lemon cake, scones, vanilla financiers, and a heart-shaped raspberry pur?e mousse cake symbolizing the heart ores of the Rainbow dolls. Two cups of tea or coffee are served together. From 7:30 PM, two glasses of white wine are provided instead of tea and coffee.
