Strengthening Civil Complaint Administrative Services

Haman-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is providing free legal services by a legal expert every Tuesday from 2 PM to 4 PM at the General Civil Affairs Division on the first floor of Haman-gun Office to strengthen civil administrative services.

The county has been operating the "Haman-gun Free Legal Consultation Room" to help residents who face difficulties in accessing professional legal advice due to time, financial burdens, or work commitments resolve their legal issues. In September, the county plans to intensify promotional activities to enhance satisfaction with administrative services and accelerate service provision.

The "Haman-gun Free Legal Consultation Room" covers consultation areas such as △real estate registration △name changes △inheritance △divorce, addressing everyday legal issues from birth to inheritance. Residents wishing to receive consultation can visit the county office during operating hours on the consultation day without a prior reservation.

Jung Mi-kyung, head of the General Civil Affairs Division, said, "We hope the 'Haman-gun Free Legal Consultation Room' will be of great help to residents experiencing legal difficulties," and added, "We will continue to strive to provide various administrative services that assist residents in their daily lives."

In the first half of this year, the county conducted a total of 23 legal consultations through the free legal consultation room, and plans to continuously discover and promote various civil administrative services, including the operation of a "visiting free legal consultation room" for residents.
