‘Yeongcha Yeongcha’, Launch of Electronic Tax Invoice Issuance Service Without Public Certification

Cold chain specialist company TeamFresh announced that its freight transportation platform ‘Yeongcha Yeongcha’ has launched an electronic tax invoice issuance service to provide convenient and efficient operations for freight truck owners.

Since July, the mandatory issuance of electronic tax invoices has been expanded from a total supply value of 200 million KRW or more to 100 million KRW or more, which means that the majority of freight truck owners are now subject to mandatory electronic tax invoice issuance. However, for middle-aged freight truck owners who are not familiar with information technology services, accessibility is low, exposing them to additional tax penalties.

Yeongcha Yeongcha’s electronic tax invoice issuance service prioritizes simplicity, offering the ability to issue electronic tax invoices directly and send them to the National Tax Service without the need for a certified digital certificate or access to Hometax. Additionally, any member who has verified their status as a freight vehicle owner on Yeongcha Yeongcha can use the service free of charge.

In particular, by simply registering the business registration certificate of the client, the service allows real-time checking of business suspension or closure status, helping freight truck owners process their work promptly. Furthermore, regardless of whether the work was performed through other brokerage services, driving history and sales can be managed in an integrated manner, contributing to improved work efficiency for freight truck owners.

Along with this, Yeongcha Yeongcha is currently running a relay mission event to celebrate the launch of this service, where participants who complete three missions related to upcoming new services will be entered into a draw to win a Porter 2 vehicle. The relay mission event is open to all Yeongcha Yeongcha truck owner members.
