Lotte Construction announced on the 22nd that ‘Daeyeon DIEL’ in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, co-constructed with HDC Hyundai Development Company, was completely sold out on the 19th.
After recording an average competition rate of 15.6 to 1 in the subscription and closing in the first priority, it succeeded in early sell-out. The official contract period for this complex was from the 2nd to the 8th of this month.
Despite being a large complex with a total of 4,488 households, the reason for the quick contract closure is attributed to its excellent location and superior product design. This complex boasts a highly preferred residential location in Busan, including being in the immediate vicinity of Motgol Station on Busan Subway Line 2, and features differentiated designs such as a sky lounge, indoor swimming pool, and an automatic food waste transport system within the units.
A Lotte Construction official stated, “Some predicted that it would take several months or more to complete the sale due to the large scale of the complex, but since it is a highly complete complex in every aspect including location and design, contracts were closed quickly. We will do our best in construction to make this area a landmark apartment that represents the district in return for this support.”
Meanwhile, ‘Cheongnyangni Lotte Castle High Luce,’ which was launched earlier this month, achieved an early sell-out with the highest competition rate nationwide this year at an average of 242.3 to 1 in the first priority. In addition, the official contract for ‘Guui Lotte Castle East Pole,’ which recorded 41,344 applications in the first priority subscription, began on the 21st, raising expectations for continued success.
