Hanmi Pharmaceutical announced on the 14th that it has launched 'Speedpen Easy' soft capsules, a combination of ibuprofen, parahydroxybromide, and magnesium oxide.

Speedpen Easy is an over-the-counter drug containing a combination of 200 mg of ibuprofen, which has antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects, 25 mg of parahydroxybromide, and 83 mg of magnesium oxide.

Ibuprofen is an ingredient that not only reduces fever and pain but also has anti-inflammatory effects. Parahydroxybromide is a diuretic that helps relieve swelling that may occur during menstruation. Magnesium oxide alleviates heartburn symptoms through its antacid action.

According to Hanmi Pharmaceutical, Speedpen Easy is effective for "various painful swellings" such as menstrual cramps, headaches, and toothaches.

A Hanmi Pharmaceutical official said, "Based on an analysis of painkiller consumption trends, we devised a combination formula and developed Speedpen Easy. We will strive to establish Speedpen Easy, which contains three combined ingredients and is suitable for use from age 8 and above, as an effective painkiller for painful swelling."
