On this day, Duksung's stock price rose to 8,450 won, hitting the daily price limit increase of 30% compared to the previous trading day. Duksung's stock price, which was in the 3,000 won range at the end of last month, rapidly soared at the beginning of this month as the possibility of developing room-temperature superconductors gained attention, reaching 14,800 won on the 8th. Since then, the price fell again amid debates over whether the material is a room-temperature superconductor, but has rebounded.
Seowon, also considered a superconductor-related stock along with Duksung, was trading at 2,075 won as of 2:06 PM on the same day, up 24.62% from the previous trading day. Daechang (15.88%) and Koryo Steel (12.39%) are also showing strong performance.
