Busan Dongnae Office of Education Holds Integrity Communication Meeting with Service Contract Company

On the 9th, the Busan Dongnae Office of Education held a 'Clean Communication Meeting with the Superintendent' in the smart conference room of the Office of Education.

This meeting was the second held following the meeting with suppliers on July 26th, and was organized to enhance the integrity of service contracts between local schools and the Office of Education.

The event was attended by companies contracted with the Dongnae Office of Education and administrative officers from local elementary and middle schools.

The 'Integrity Communication Meeting with the Education Director' is currently underway.

On this day, Superintendent Lee Su-geum directly listened to grievances and suggestions arising during contract fulfillment between schools and companies and discussed improvement plans together. Additionally, to raise awareness of integrity, the contract officers explained the current status of clean contract projects at the Dongnae Office of Education and provided information on integrity policies.

The Dongnae Office of Education plans to utilize the opinions received during the meeting for future contract consulting and training of officers.

Lee Su-geum, Superintendent of the Dongnae Office of Education, said, “Thanks to the active participation of attendees, it greatly helped enhance the professionalism of officers and contract work,” and added, “We will continue to create opportunities for communication and cooperation to establish a culture of clean contracting.”
