Sunchang-gun Installs 'Large Membrane Structure' at Hyangto Hall Plaza

On the 10th, Sunchang-gun, Jeonbuk announced that it has installed a large roof-type membrane structure (shade) at the outdoor stage plaza of the Sunchang-eup Local Hall.

The county has continuously faced complaints from residents due to the lack of membrane structure (shade) facilities that block rain, snow, and sunlight when holding various performances, events, and resident resting areas at the outdoor stage within the Local Hall.

Accordingly, the county plans to invest 650 million KRW to install a membrane structure measuring 17m in width and 42m in length, aiming for completion in November this year, to improve convenience and satisfaction for residents using the outdoor stage.

County Governor Choi Young-il stated, "Once the installation of this membrane structure is completed, we will be able to provide a resting space for residents regardless of the weather," and added, "We will continue to gather residents' opinions to the fullest extent and do our best to improve living conditions and promote culture and welfare for the people of Sunchang-gun."
