Registration of Talent DB Possible Without Restrictions on Career, Format, or Duration
Proactive Securing of Outstanding Talent and Development of Potential Employees
Lotte Biologics announced on the 4th that it will conduct an 'Open Innovation Internship' to nurture talent needed in the bio industry.
The Open Innovation Internship is a program where anyone can freely apply for any position regardless of gender, nationality, age, education, or experience. Applicants can register their applications through the talent database (DB) system. When internship recruitment needs arise, the next selection process is conducted for qualified candidates from the talent DB applicants. It is an ongoing program without a set deadline, and the working period can be adjusted in coordination with the company according to circumstances.
Registration in the talent DB is available from the 3rd of this month, and detailed schedules vary by field. Recruitment fields include all job categories such as ▲Human Resources ▲Planning ▲IT ▲Engineering ▲Quality Control ▲Production Management ▲Global BD. Detailed information can be found on the official Open Innovation Internship website.
A Lotte Biologics representative said, "The Open Innovation Internship program aims to secure excellent talent in advance and nurture potential employees," adding, "We will continue to introduce innovative recruitment systems to take the lead in solving the manpower supply shortage in the bio industry."
Meanwhile, the government has estimated that 108,000 talents will be needed over the next five years, considering the demand arising naturally from the growth of the bio-health industry and retirements in the previous year, and has set a goal to cultivate 110,000 core talents.
