Korean Pavilion Also Operated... Offering Opportunities to Experience Hanbok and Korean Language
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on the 2nd that it will operate the 'Korea Pavilion' and hold the 'K-Pop Super Live' at the Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree. Minister Park Bo-gyun said, "The K-culture, which excites people worldwide, will dynamically work in harmony with the event's motto, 'Unfold Your Dream,'" adding, "I hope young people around the globe will fully enjoy, experience, and nurture their dreams."
About 43,000 scouts from around the world participated in this jamboree. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism set up the Korea Pavilion in the 'Delta Zone,' which is frequented by both domestic and international visitors. Until the 12th, opportunities to experience hanbok and the Korean language, as well as K-tourism information, will be provided. Participants can experience Korean language and K-culture content through mobile apps, virtual reality devices, and more. They can also create memories wearing traditional hanbok.
The 'K-Pop Super Live' will take place at 8 p.m. on the 6th at the Saemangeum Jamboree Grand Assembly Hall. Ive, STAYC, ATBO, NMIXX, Psykers, Zerobaseone, P1Harmony, ANTHEM, VERIVERY, and Lee Chae-yeon will perform songs of solidarity and harmony. The performance will be broadcast on KBS 1TV at 9:40 p.m. that night.
