Convenience store CU announced on the 20th that it will conduct a regional marketing campaign from the 24th for one month in Gangwon and Jeju, where customers who accumulate membership points after purchasing products will be given the company's mobile gift certificates as prizes.

Convenience store CU is holding a Pocket CU Stamp Tour event in Gangwon-do and Jeju-do, popular summer vacation destinations, to celebrate the summer holiday season.

Customers can enter the event by purchasing products worth 5,000 won or more three times and collecting stamps through Pocket CU membership accumulation. The participating stores are all CUs located in Gangwon and Jeju, and there are no restrictions on customers, the company explained. The CU mobile gift certificates, which are the prizes, will be awarded to a total of 2,570 people in Gangwon and Jeju respectively through a drawing.

A BGF Retail official said, "We expect this to help revitalize the overall local economy."
