Damyang-gun Recruiting Participants for 'Metaprovance Pet Street Development Project'

On the 19th, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it is recruiting participants for the 'Metaprovence Pet Street Creation Project' to support young entrepreneurs by utilizing some commercial spaces within Metaprovence.

This project provides free rent for one year to young people who want to start a business using some commercial spaces within Metaprovence.

Anyone who is a Korean citizen aged 19 to under 49 can participate.

Additional points will be given to those who, as of the day before the announcement date, reside in Damyang-gun, have experience in pet-related businesses, hold relevant certifications or have won awards, or have graduated (or are expected to graduate) from related departments.

The county will hold an on-site briefing session on the 4th of next month for prospective young entrepreneurs seeking detailed information, and the recruitment period will be held for three days from the 16th to the 18th of next month.

A county official said, “In line with the era of 15 million pet owners, we aim to revitalize the region by creating a specialized street themed around pets within Metaprovence,” and added, “We hope for active participation from prospective young entrepreneurs who have professionalism and passionate entrepreneurial spirit.”
