According to Real Estate R114 on the 16th, a total of 4,815 households (4,042 general sale units) across 9 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the third week of July.


Applications will be accepted for 'Yeonhui Park Hoban Summit Park Edition' in Yeonhui-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon; 'Chuncheon Lake City I-Park' in Samcheon-dong, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon; and 'The Sharp Sinmun Greenity' in Sinmun-dong, Gimhae-si, Gyeongnam, among others.


Model houses are scheduled to open at five locations including 'Gwangmyeong Central I-Park' in Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi; 'Icheon Jungri Woomeerin Tricheight' in Jungri-dong, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Dunsan Xi I-Park' in Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon.


HDC Hyundai Development Company is offering 'Chuncheon Lake City I-Park' for sale in the area of 22-2 Samcheon-dong, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do. The complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 32 floors above ground, with units sized between 63 and 138㎡, totaling 874 households.


It offers convenient access to Gyeongchun Line Chuncheon Station and Namchuncheon Station, as well as Chuncheon Express Bus Terminal. Various lifestyle facilities such as large marts, cinemas, public libraries, and major broadcasting stations are nearby. Additionally, there are abundant green spaces including Uiam Park, Ecological Experience Park, Uiamho Lake, Bukhangang River, and Gongjicheon Sculpture Park.


HDC Hyundai Development Company is also selling 'Gwangmyeong Central I-Park' through the Gwangmyeong 4th R District housing redevelopment project in the area of 88-14 Gwangmyeong 2-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 36 floors above ground, with a total of 1,957 households, of which 425 units sized between 39 and 113㎡ will be offered for general sale.


Located within the approximately 25,000-household Gwangmyeong New Town, nearby infrastructure is expected to be newly developed. It is located near Gwangmyeongsageori Station on Subway Line 7, and vehicle access to the Seobu Expressway is convenient. Furthermore, kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools are all nearby, and the academy district formed around Cheolsan Station is close, providing the advantage of a one-stop school district.
