Hanyang will open the model house for Jeonju Eco City Hanyang Sujain Destin, a residential-commercial complex apartment supplied in Eco City, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, on the 14th and officially begin sales.
The complex is located at the very center of Eco City, an eco-friendly ecological city highly regarded for its excellent living conditions even within Jeonju, and is expected to attract much attention as it will be built as Jeonju's tallest landmark.
Jeonju Eco City Hanyang Sujain Destin will be developed on Block 3 of the residential-commercial area in Eco City, Jeonju, consisting of 2 buildings with 4 basement floors and up to 48 floors above ground, offering 268 units with a exclusive area of 84㎡. The officetel will have 126 units and will be sold separately at a later date.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 24th, followed by first priority on the 25th, and second priority on the 26th. The announcement of winners will be on the 1st of next month, and the official contract signing will take place from the 14th to the 17th of next month.
