On that day, President Yoon arrived in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, and began a 4-night, 6-day tour schedule. Upon arrival, President Yoon and his wife Kim Keon-hee took a walk around the city of Vilnius to adjust to the time difference and manage their condition.

At that time, President Yoon was dressed in the gray lightweight padded jacket. This jacket is also a favorite of President Yoon’s in Korea. In May last year, he was even spotted wearing this jacket while walking his pet dog.

Before being elected president, Yoon appeared on a variety show and explained why he often wears this padded jacket.

When asked, "Why do you always wear the same padded jacket?" President Yoon replied, "For people like us who are a bit overweight, it’s hard to find clothes that fit well, so when the size fits perfectly, I just wear it repeatedly, changing only the color."
