Alain Delon’s Three Children Sue Cohabitant
"Abusing Pet and Exploiting Weakness"
"Claims of Violence for at Least 18 Months"
Actor Alain Delon (87), known as the James Dean of France, has been accused of being harassed by his Japanese cohabitant.
On the 6th (local time), according to local media, Alain Delon's three children, Antony, Anouchka, and Alain-Fabien Delon, filed a police complaint alleging that Hiromi Rolling (66), who lives with their father, exploited their father's weaknesses and mentally harassed him.
Rolling, who is 19 years younger than the 87-year-old Delon, has worked as a makeup artist. It is reported that she has been living in the same house since Delon suffered a stroke in 2019 and helped with his recovery.
Alain Delon himself is also named in the complaint. They claim that Rolling monitored their father's phone calls and private messages and intercepted his mail.
The children's lawyer told AFP that Rolling was "authoritarian and threatening, and even abused Alain Delon's pet dog in an unacceptable manner."
The eldest son, Antony, has filed an additional complaint against Rolling, accusing her of committing violence against their vulnerable father for at least 18 months.
After suffering a stroke and undergoing surgery, Alain Delon lived in the Loire region of central France. In a 2021 documentary produced by TV5 Monde, he introduced Rolling as "a Japanese cohabitant (partner) who took care of me for several months." The children's lawyer described Alain Delon as having hired Rolling as a live-in caregiver.
Delon's children said in an interview with French media last year, "Our father wants euthanasia," adding, "He asked us to stay by his side and watch over him when he decides the moment to leave this world."

Alain Delon had Antony with Nathalie Delon, whom he married in 1964 and divorced in 1969, and had Anouchka and Alain-Fabien with Rosalie Van Brimer, his partner from 1987 to 2001.
His representative works include "Plein Soleil" (1960), "Is Paris Burning?" (1966), "The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner" (1962), "Borsalino" (1970), and "Zorro" (1975).
