'Dunsan Xi I-Park' Sales Office Crowded with Buyers Even Before Pre-Sale

GS Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company are seeing a bustling crowd of prospective buyers at the promotional center for ‘Dunsan Xi I-Park,’ which will be supplied in July in the Tanbang-dong area of Seo-gu, Daejeon, even before the official sale begins.


Located adjacent to the Dunsan New Town living area, known as the heart of Daejeon, ‘Dunsan Xi I-Park’ offers excellent residential conditions in terms of transportation, education, culture, and leisure.


The complex boasts a station-area location within walking distance of Tanbang Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, and easy access to metropolitan railways such as KTX Seodaejeon Station and Daejeon Station. It is also conveniently connected to major roads including National Route 32, which borders the complex, as well as the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Honam Expressway branch.


Additionally, nearby amenities include Galleria Department Store, Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, E-Mart Traders, Save Zone, CGV, and Megabox. The administrative town houses various public institutions such as the Government Daejeon Office, Prosecutor’s Office, and Police Agency, along with financial institutions, providing excellent living conditions.


Moreover, schools such as Baegun Elementary School and Goejeong Middle and High Schools are within walking distance, and the complex benefits from outstanding educational conditions with access to the nationally popular Dunsan academy district.


As a result, the promotional center has been crowded with visitors. Inside, people were filled with questions about the sales schedule, location conditions, and complex design of ‘Dunsan Xi I-Park,’ and visitors continued to arrive steadily until closing time.


Mr. Lee (42 years old, Seo-gu, Daejeon), who visited the promotional center, said, “I came after hearing the long-awaited news about the Sung-eori Saem reconstruction maintenance project (Dunsan Xi I-Park). I was surprised to see so many people visiting the promotional center even before the sale started.”


Interest in the floor plans and community facilities was also high. ‘Dunsan Xi I-Park’ is designed primarily with a south-facing layout (southeast and southwest) to maximize sunlight, and some unit types feature specialized designs such as double-sided openings and three-sided openings to enhance openness.


Community facilities include an indoor swimming pool and kids’ pool usable year-round, as well as sports facilities such as an indoor golf practice range, fitness club, and table tennis room. Educational facilities such as a small library and reading room for children are also provided. Additionally, a cafeteria for residents will be available.


Furthermore, a cafeteria for residents and a guest house to warmly welcome family and visitors will be provided.


Mr. Ji (44 years old, Nam-gu, Daejeon), a visitor, expressed, “I like that there are various community facilities such as a water play area, golf practice range, fitness club, and table tennis room within the complex. I also heard that various specialized designs will be applied to the floor plans, so I definitely plan to visit the model house,” showing his anticipation.


A sales official said, “We are grateful that so many people have visited the promotional center and shown interest even before the sales start. As it is called the biggest project in Daejeon’s sales market this year, we will provide excellent products to meet the expectations of prospective buyers.”


‘Dunsan Xi I-Park’ is an apartment complex built through the Sung-eori Saem housing reconstruction maintenance project, consisting of 12 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 42, with a total of 1,974 units ranging from 59 to 145 square meters in exclusive area, of which 1,353 units will be available for general sale.


Meanwhile, move-in is scheduled for the end of June 2025.
