[Sale Calendar] First Week of July, 2,598 Households for Sale Nationwide

Real Estate R114 announced on the 2nd that in the first week of July, a total of 2,598 apartment units (2,133 general sales units) will begin sales nationwide.

Applications will be accepted for 'Seoul National University Venture Town Station Prugio' in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, 'Haeundae Kyungdong Re-in View 2nd Phase' in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, and 'Hyosung Harrington Place Jeju' in Aewol-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju. Model homes are scheduled to open at two complexes: 'Chuncheon Lake City I-Park' in Samcheon-dong, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon, and 'e-Pyeonhan Sesang Wonju Primo One (1st phase)' in Panbu-myeon, Wonju-si, Gangwon.

Daewoo Construction will sell 'Seoul National University Venture Town Station Prugio,' redeveloped from Sillim 3 District in 316-62 Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 8 buildings with 4 basement floors and up to 17 floors above ground, totaling 571 units, of which 182 units with exclusive areas of 51 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale. It is the first complex to be supplied in the Sillim Redevelopment Promotion District, which will have a total of about 6,100 units. Residents can use the light rail Sillim Station and Seoul National University Venture Town Station, and access to various parts of the metropolitan area is convenient via the Gangnam Circular Expressway and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway.
