The new summer menu, available from the 1st of next month, includes ▲domestic watermelon juice ▲lime apple sparkling, two types.
Domestic watermelon juice is made by blending fresh, high-quality seasonal domestic watermelons whole, preserving the taste and aroma of the watermelon. It is cool, sweet, and has a clean taste that helps you momentarily forget the midsummer heat. As the main ingredient watermelon is planned to be sourced entirely domestically, Compose Coffee expects a win-win effect with local watermelon farms.
The lime apple sparkling is a sparkling beverage based on lime apple, with cider and sweet and sour apple syrup added. You can enjoy the refreshing taste of lime, the tingling freshness of cider, and the crunchy texture of apple pulp.
