This project is part of the Science and Technology Promotion Fund Lottery Fund Project implemented by the Ministry of Science and ICT, selecting one region from each of the five areas: Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungcheong, Gyeongsang, and Jeolla. In the Gyeongsang area, the Uibyeong Museum was selected and operated under the sponsorship of the Changwon Science Experience Center.

"Visiting Science Museum" features mobile science vehicles equipped with interactive exhibits that allow visitors to easily learn scientific principles by seeing and touching, as well as interactive content and VR·AR experiences. Various educational programs such as Astronomy Academy, Arduino RC car making, and 3D pen classes are also being prepared.

A representative of the Uibyeong Museum said, "Through the operation of the Visiting Science Museum, we expect to meet the needs of students in areas lacking scientific cultural facilities and provide an opportunity to nurture the infinite imagination and creativity of children and youth."

Additionally, science magic shows and performances are planned at 1 p.m. on June 24 and July 1. For detailed operation plans, please refer to the Uibyeong Museum website.

During the operation period of the "Visiting Science Museum," the Uibyeong Museum will also be open on Mondays as usual.
