Ultra Zero Highball Teams Up with GS25 to Launch 'Godoju Can Highball'

Ultra Zero Highball announced that it has partnered with GS25 to launch a high-alcohol canned highball with an alcohol content of 9.5%.


One can provides a strong intoxication experience. In a way, it seems to directly go against the recent trend of favoring low-alcohol beverages.


Matching this atmosphere, the bold and refreshing design featuring black color and thick fonts distinctly sets it apart from the cute and pretty packaging trends of recently released products.


Despite the high alcohol content, the alcohol aroma and taste are not strongly felt because the sweetness comes purely from fruit juice, and the multi-flavor, which uses two or more natural fruit flavors, offsets the alcohol scent.


Additionally, no artificial sweeteners such as erythritol or stevia are added; the sweetness is derived solely from pure fruit juice. The transparent base, similar to carbonated water, combined with strong lemon scent and exotic tropical fruit aromas, offers a refreshing coolness and smooth throat sensation.

An Ultra Zero Highball representative stated, “The concept called Ultra Zero Culture resembles the culture of the MZ generation, who are confident and do not make excuses. It refers to a new generation’s drinking culture of ‘playing passionately but living sincerely today.’”


They also plan to operate Ultra Zero supporters through social media and promote the brand by serializing fun experiences from everyday drinking occasions as webtoons to build empathy for Ultra Zero Culture.


Ultra Zero Highball is available nationwide at GS25 convenience stores for 4,000 KRW per 500ml can, and when purchasing four cans, the price is 3,000 KRW per can.
