Dongmun Construction's 'Wonju Dongmun The East' Model House Draws Huge Crowds

Exclusive Areas of 80, 84, and 115㎡, Total of 873 Households for Sale

As soon as Dongmoon Construction opened the model house for ‘Wonju Dongmoon The East,’ developed in Gwanseol-dong, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, visitors lined up in a huge crowd. It is reported that a total of about 7,000 people visited the ‘Wonju Dongmoon The East’ model house, which opened on the 9th (Friday).

Outside the model house, a long line of visitors waiting to enter stretched out, and inside, prospective buyers waiting for consultations created a bustling atmosphere. In particular, as the advantage of being developed as an all-care education-specialized complex became known, many visitors came to the model house to directly check the educational care services available within the complex.

Kim (36 years old, Dangu-dong, Wonju-si), who visited with a child, said, “Since my child is young, educational care services like the Jjaekak-eo Kids Center catch my eye,” adding, “It’s great that I can use it free of charge for two years after moving in and enjoy some personal time while my child is cared for.”

Also, Jang (42 years old, Musil-dong, Wonju-si), who has an elementary school-aged child, said, “I had a big burden regarding education, but I really like the fact that Daechi Nuri Education from Gangnam will be located here,” adding, “With the rising private education costs these days, it’s honestly very tempting that this apartment guarantees the quality of education.”

‘Wonju Dongmoon The East’ will be developed with 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, totaling 873 households with exclusive areas of 80, 84, and 115 square meters. By exclusive area, there are △144 households of 80㎡ △642 households of 84㎡ △87 households of 115㎡.

In fact, various educational and cultural services are planned to be provided within the community. First, the Jjaekak-eo Kids Center will be established within the complex, where parents with young children can receive free care services for two years. Also, Daechi Nuri Education, a Gangnam Daechi academy, will be located here, allowing residents to enjoy the excellent educational environment of Seoul’s Gangnam area. The complex will support 50% of tuition fees for one child per household for two years after moving in. Additionally, a visiting exercise service called Hookers will be operated for the health of families.

The upcoming sales schedule starts with special supply on the 20th (Tuesday), followed by first priority subscription on the 21st (Wednesday), and second priority subscription on the 22nd (Thursday). The announcement of winners will be on the 28th (Wednesday), and the official contract will take place from July 10th (Monday) to 12th (Wednesday) at the model house.

For those who purchase jointly with two or more people, such as from the same workplace, the same complex, or newlyweds married for less than seven years, 1 million KRW in cash per person (excluding taxes and fees) will be provided.
