The county is planning and promoting the 'Our Neighborhood Walk' project in 2023 with Haman-gun honorary social welfare officers to identify and support welfare blind spots. The first project is the 'Food Support Project for Nutritionally Vulnerable Groups and Elderly Living Alone.'

To discover and support welfare blind spots in the area, Haman-gun honorary social welfare officers will take the lead in preparing donated food together at village community facilities, creating a space for sharing and harmony.

Furthermore, by sharing various information and seeking practical support measures for nutritionally vulnerable groups and elderly living alone facing difficulties, the collaboration between the public and private sectors to improve welfare services for marginalized groups holds even greater significance.

Representative Jeon Yeong-mu said, "I am very pleased to have the opportunity to participate in sharing for the neighbors in need in Haman-gun," adding, "I hope to contribute even a little to the various welfare projects for vulnerable groups and elderly living alone promoted by Haman-gun."

County Governor Jo Geun-je said, "Although the government is implementing various welfare policies for neighbors in need, there are still neighbors struggling in welfare blind spots," and added, "We will do our utmost to promote the 'Food Support Project for Low-income Vulnerable Groups and Elderly Living Alone' so that no neighbors suffer in welfare blind spots by combining the efforts of the public and private sectors."
