This project provides jobs to a total of 13 people through three projects: multicultural understanding instructor dispatch project, parking order establishment guidance project, and urban park aesthetics creation project. Applications can be made at the local town and township offices of the applicant's address.

In addition, participants in the local community job project will be enrolled in the four major social insurances, receive workplace safety education, and be provided with guidance on working conditions and basic training.

Eligibility for application is Gochang-gun residents aged 18 or older who are capable of working, with household income at or below 60% of the median income standard and assets of 400 million KRW or less, classified as vulnerable groups.

The county prioritizes the selection of youth under 45 years old and homeless individuals who meet the income criteria, and plans to increase employment opportunities by awarding additional points to employment protection targets, female household heads, persons with disabilities and their families, and those who are on leave or have closed their businesses.

Workers participating in the project under the age of 65 will work up to 30 hours per week, and those aged 65 or older will work up to 15 hours per week. Wages will be paid based on this year's minimum hourly wage, and a snack allowance of 5,000 KRW will be provided separately for each day worked.

Lee Young-yoon, Director of the New Vitality Economic Policy Office of the county, said, "This project supports low-income groups to secure living expenses and establish a foundation for independence, so we ask for your great interest," and added, "We will continue to discover various job projects that help vulnerable employment groups achieve economic stability."
