According to Namyang Dairy Products on the 8th, since 2013, the company has held win-win meetings every quarter with representatives of dealerships nationwide to listen to difficulties in the sales field and then prepare improvement plans to reflect in operations. To overcome the economic downturn and price hikes caused by COVID-19, the company and dealerships have put their heads together to discuss ways to revitalize sales of major brands, expanding communication. Additionally, the company introduced the industry's first "Voluntary Cooperative Profit Sharing System," which shares profits according to prior agreements, distributing a total win-win fund of over 320 million KRW among about 500 dealerships nationwide.

This policy is the result of conducting a thorough investigation of the overall sales environment and improving the system to prevent the recurrence of the so-called "dealership gapjil" incident that erupted in 2013. In July of that year, Namyang Dairy Products announced the "Joint Declaration for the Normalization of Namyang Dairy Products" with dealerships nationwide, expressing its determination to be reborn to regain consumer trust. In January of the following year, on the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the company declared the "Win-Win Enterprise Vision 2020," strongly affirming its commitment to coexist with dealerships both internally and externally.

A representative example is the creation of the "Family Scholarship," which supports the tuition fees of dealership owners' children. Over the past 11 years, a total of 96.3 billion KRW has been provided to 963 recipients, and childcare products are also given upon the birth of children and grandchildren. In addition, travel gift certificates worth about 1 million KRW are provided to dealership owners with more than 25 years of long-term service, and an interest-free emergency living fund loan system offers assistance when urgent funds are needed due to illness or injury.

A Namyang Dairy Products official said, "Through the process of improving the sales system triggered by the 2013 incident, we deeply felt that the dealership owners cared for and supported the company more than anyone else," adding, "We will continue to be a small but significant support to all those who work with Namyang, including dealership owners, through ongoing win-win management."
