Experts on dispersed ownership companies attended this Chatham House meeting.
Lee Yong-kyung, CEO of CGN, is a former 'KT man.' He joined KT in 1991, served as a senior researcher and head of the R&D division, and was president of KTF in 2000. After KT's privatization in 2002, he became its first CEO. He led KT as the inaugural CEO for about three years.
Moon Sung, a lawyer at Yulchon, is an expert in corporate governance. He has worked at Mirae Asset Global Investments, KDB Daewoo Securities, and CJ, and served as head of the shareholder rights exercise team at the National Pension Service's Stewardship Office. Since this year, he has been working as a partner lawyer at Yulchon.

Ahn Sang-hee, director of the Daishin Economic Research Institute, is also a regular figure at governance forums. The Daishin Economic Research Institute, which he leads, is considered one of the top three corporate governance research institutions in Korea, alongside the Korea Corporate Governance Service under the Korea Exchange and Sustainvest.
Lim Jong-baek, executive committee member of the Citizens' Committee for the Pohang Relocation of POSCO Holding Company, has been active focusing on revitalizing Pohang's economy and local community issues. In particular, he has taken the lead in efforts to maintain POSCO Holdings' presence in Pohang.
