Chosun Hotel & Resort, known for offering a variety of convenient meals featuring the "hotel chef's touch," announced on the 9th that it has launched new products including Chosun Hotel Tteokgalbi, Menchi Katsu, and Gorgonzola Pizza on SSG.com this month.

Chosun Hotel Menchi Katsu is a product that allows consumers to easily enjoy Menchi Katsu, a type of cutlet commonly included in Japanese set meals, as a snack or side dish at home. It is made by coating finely minced domestic pork and onions with breadcrumbs, resulting in a crispy exterior and moist texture inside.

Chosun Hotel Gorgonzola Pizza is a home meal replacement (HMR) version of the "Lubrica Gorgonzola Pizza," one of the signature dishes at Lubrica, the Italian restaurant located in The Westin Chosun Seoul and Grand Chosun Jeju. The dough, made with 100% Italian flour and matured through low-temperature fermentation for a chewy texture, is baked in a 400-degree wood-fired oven.

Chosun Hotel Tteokgalbi preserves the natural flavor, juiciness, and texture of domestic pork. It is also enhanced with a special sauce based on the Chosun Hotel’s unique recipe. This product can be used not only as a side dish or snack but also as a holiday meal.

Last month, inspired by the popular chicken menu served in the in-room dining and poolside bar at Grand Chosun Jeju, Chosun Hotel & Resort launched the Chosun Hotel Whole Chicken convenient meal, allowing customers to experience a luxury hotel meal at an affordable price from home.

Chosun Hotel & Resort offers a total of 37 products, including Chinese cuisine lines such as Chosun Hotel Unijjajang, Samseon Jjamppong, Tangsuyuk, Chili Shrimp, and Guobaorou; Korean cuisine lines such as Chosun Hotel Samgyetang, Galbitang, and Yukgaejang; Japanese cuisine lines such as Chosun Hotel Nagasaki Jjamppong; and bakery items like Chosun Hotel New York Cheesecake and Nuts Pie. The company plans to expand its lineup further in the future.
