Shilla, Lotte, Shinsegae, Hyundai, and HDC All Enter 5 Major Duty-Free Shops
Jewelry brand ‘Haesuel’ announced that it entered Jeju Duty Free Shop on June 1st (Thursday).
Haesuel has expanded from the existing ‘duty free online mall’ to ‘duty free offline stores’ through the COVID-19 pandemic period and has ranked among the top in sales in the duty free jewelry sector.
Haesuel stated that since its offline entry at the Lotte Duty Free Main Store earlier this year, foreign customer purchase rates increased by 80%, and it is expected to attract interest from both domestic and foreign customers through its entry into Jeju Duty Free Shop.
Since its brand launch in 2015, Haesuel has been listed on all five companies’ ‘duty free online malls’ including Shilla, Lotte, Shinsegae, Hyundai, and HDC, and sales have increased since the start of operating offline duty free stores earlier this year.
In particular, the main products are 92.5 SILVER and 14K GOLD, and besides duty free shops, it has shown an upward trend through various channels such as Hyundai Home Shopping and KakaoTalk Gift.
A Haesuel representative said, “Since the launch, we have shown rapid growth both online and offline. During time sale events, we received great love with sales reaching 30 million KRW in one hour, and with the entry into Jeju Duty Free Shop, we will establish ourselves as a brand loved by both domestic and foreign customers.”
Meanwhile, Haesuel plans to focus on offline market expansion strategies with this entry into Jeju Duty Free Shop.
