Actors Kang Ha-neul, Yoo Hae-jin, and Park Hae-joon have been cast in the film 'Yadang,' announced Plus M Entertainment on the 7th.
'Yadang' (directed by Hwang Byung-guk) is a film depicting a story centered on an insider named Yadang who shakes up the drug world while navigating between the domestic drug scene and investigative agencies. Filming is set to begin in the second half of this year.
Kang Ha-neul plays Lee Kang-soo, an insider Yadang who secretly provides information about the drug world to the national investigative agency, and Yoo Hae-jin takes on the role of ambitious prosecutor Goo Gwan-hee, who comes from the bottom. Park Hae-joon portrays Oh Sang-jae, the tenacious head of the drug investigation team who never lets go of a criminal once caught.
Directed by Hwang Byung-guk, who previously directed 'My Marriage Expedition' (2005) and 'Special Investigation Unit' (2011), the film is produced by Hive Media Corp, known for 'Inside Men' (2015) and 'The Man Standing Next' (2020).
