Sale of 12 Lots in Paju Seonyu, Pyeongtaek Oseong, and Anseong Wongok Industrial and Logistics Complexes

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply 12 land parcels in Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex, Pyeongtaek Oseong Industrial Complex, and Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex through a competitive bidding process.

The expected supply prices are ▲Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex (8 parcels, KRW 498,355,000 to 808,705,000) ▲Pyeongtaek Oseong Industrial Complex (2 parcels, KRW 933,019,000 to 2,604,770,000) ▲Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex (2 parcels, KRW 178,436,000 to 180,339,000). Individual supply prices and areas vary depending on the project district and usage.

Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex is a general industrial complex developed as a cooperative complex of Paju LCD Industrial Complex. It is located within a 3 km radius of the Seoul-Munsan Expressway and near Munsan Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, offering excellent transportation conditions. All 92 industrial facility sites have been sold, and resident companies have established themselves as the industrial hub of Paju.

Pyeongtaek Oseong Industrial Complex is located in Yanggyo-ri, Oseong-myeon, Pyeongtaek City. It is within 2.5 km of Cheongbuk IC on the Pyeongtaek-Anseong Expressway and close to National Route 39. The nearby Pyeongtaek Hyeongok Industrial Complex provides abundant surrounding infrastructure.

Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex, developed to strengthen domestic logistics industry competitiveness and attract foreign investment, is an eco-friendly advanced logistics complex located in Chilgok-ri, Wongok-myeon, Anseong City. Completed in 2014, it houses large-scale logistics and distribution companies such as Samsung Homeplus Co., Ltd., Descente Co., Ltd., and Coupang Corp.

The supply schedule is as follows: on June 12, general end-users can submit contract bids online through the GH Land Sales System, and winners will be determined by lottery. The main contract signing will take place offline from June 15 to 23 at the GH headquarters located in Suwon City, Gyeonggi Province.
