Uljin-gun Holds June Policy Meeting at Policy Promotion Center

At the meeting chaired by the county governor, the Policy Promotion Office reported and reviewed the progress of the following plans: ▲Forest Carbon Offset Project Promotion Plan (draft) ▲Summary of Plans for Discovering Historical Figures of Uljin and Creating Spaces (draft) ▲Establishment of Uljin-gun Youth Integrated Platform (Website) (draft) ▲Creation of a Tourist Photo Zone around Gulmibong Peak (draft) ▲Basic Plan Establishment Service for Uljin-gun Shiitake Mushroom Cultivation Promotion Project ▲Establishment of Sustainable Utilization Plans for Areas Affected by Forest Fires ▲Production of Promotional Materials for Attracting Investment in a Four-Season All-Weather Ocean Resort ▲Feasibility Study Service for Uljin-gun Fortress Restoration and Maintenance Plan.

County Governor Son Byeong-bok stated, “The Policy Promotion Office must carry out its duties with a sense of ownership, from planning to review and implementation, not only in their own tasks but also regarding the overall county administration.” He added, “The mentor-mentee relationship between senior and new public officials must clearly define what should be taught, such as the duties of public officials and public service ethics.”
