Employee Commitment Pledge Ceremony
Gyeongbuk Culture and Tourism Corporation, celebrating its 48th anniversary and the 11th anniversary of its establishment as a local public enterprise, held a founding anniversary event where all executives and employees gathered to read a declaration expressing their commitment to strengthening ESG management practices.
Employees of the Gyeongbuk Culture and Tourism Corporation are holding a pledge event to practice ESG management.
At the declaration ceremony held on the 2nd, Gyeongbuk Culture and Tourism Corporation expressed its determination to further enhance ESG management activities in four areas: carbon neutrality, inclusive growth, win-win cooperation, and fairness and transparency to create sustainable future value.
Additionally, alongside Gyeongbuk Province's 10 起 Movement, the corporation will promote the GCTO10無 Movement to eradicate the use of disposable products, prevent safety accidents, and eliminate workplace harassment as part of its ESG management practices.
Kim Seong-jo, CEO of Gyeongbuk Culture and Tourism Corporation, stated, “Through management practices that consider non-financial factors such as eco-friendliness, social responsibility management, and governance improvement, we will strengthen the response system for sustainable growth and do our best to ensure that ESG management spreads throughout the local community.”
