Hanchon Seolleongtang announced on the 2nd that it has launched a cold noodle set for the summer season.
The set menu includes one serving of cold noodles with added dumplings, designed for customers who want to enjoy refreshing cold noodles more abundantly.
Hanchon Seolleongtang's cold noodles are healthy noodles made from arrowroot, and customers can choose between mul-naengmyeon (cold noodles in broth) and bibim-naengmyeon (spicy mixed cold noodles) according to their preference. Mul-naengmyeon offers a clean taste with broth infused with aged radish, while bibim-naengmyeon boasts a sweet and spicy flavor from a low-temperature aged sauce made with garlic, ginger, red pepper powder, and fruit.
The dumplings that pair well with the cold noodles can be chosen from ‘Soo Mandu’ (steamed dumplings filled with meat), ‘Kimchi Mandu’, or ‘Galbi Mandu’ (short rib dumplings), expanding the options for customers.
The cold noodle set will be available at all stores nationwide until the 25th of this month.
