Lotte Insurance has partnered with Korea Credit Data, the operator of the management service 'Cash Note.' They plan to appoint small business owners using Cash Note as digital insurance planners to carry out sales activities.
On the 1st, Lotte Insurance announced that it signed a 'Business Expansion Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Small Business Owners' with Korea Credit Data.
Through this, the two companies aim to complete a ‘B2B2C’ (business-to-business-to-consumer) business model for insurance sales and work together to increase the income of small business owners and boost sales of new insurance services.
First, new digital sales personnel will be selected targeting small business owners. Next month, individual business owners using the Cash Note application will be newly appointed as ‘Small Business Digital Planners.’ These planners will actively conduct sales of Lotte Insurance’s insurance services (products).
Starting in July, customized insurance services exclusively for business owners will be provided for Cash Note users, and long-term strategies for profit generation will be planned. To create new contracts, customized insurance products exclusively for business owners will be supplied to induce income growth for newly appointed individual business owners.
A Lotte Insurance official said, "Many small business owners using Cash Note will obtain digital planner qualifications, enabling both personal income growth and activation of marketing for both companies simultaneously."
