Daewoo E&C to Launch 571 Units of 'Seoul National University Venture Town Station Prugio' in June

Daewoo E&C plans to launch sales of ‘Seoul National University Venture Town Station Prugio,’ a redevelopment project of Sillim New Town Zone 3, in June. This is the first sales complex in Sillim New Town. It consists of a total of 571 households with 4 basement floors and up to 17 floors above ground. Among them, 182 units will be available for general sale.


With Gwanak-gu being removed from the regulated area, first-priority subscription is possible regardless of home ownership. The re-winning restriction does not apply. Also, even if you win the subscription, the obligation to dispose of the existing house for first-time homebuyers has been abolished, so you do not have to dispose of your existing home. There is no obligation for actual residence, and the resale restriction period is one year.

Seoul National University Venture Town Station Prugio is within walking distance of the light rail Sillim Line Seoul National University Venture Town Station. When transferring to Line 2 and other lines such as Line 1 and Line 7, it is convenient to access all areas of Seoul with 30 minutes to Gangnam area, 17 minutes to Yeouido, and 35 minutes to Jonggak Station. By car, it is easy to use the Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway via Gwanak IC and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway via Sammak IC.


The transportation environment is expected to improve. The southern extension from Boramae Park~Nanhyang-dong, Gwanak-gu to Geumcheon-gu Office is being promoted on the Nangok branch line, and the western line from Saejeol to Seoul National University Entrance is being extended to Gwanaksan Station (Seoul National University) on the Sillim Line. In addition to railroads, the Sillim~Bongcheon Tunnel connecting the Southern Circulation Road Siheung Interchange to the Gangnam Circular Road Nakseongdae Entrance is also under construction.


The complex is a “Chopooma” apartment located right in front of Sinwoo Elementary School, and has a school district where elementary, middle, and high schools such as Gwangshin Middle and High School and Mirim Girls’ High School can be accessed on foot within a 1 km radius. Moreover, there are excellent universities nearby, such as Seoul National University and Gyeongin National University of Education.


For convenience facilities, large marts such as E-Mart, Guro and Gwangmyeong branches, Homeplus Siheung and Geumcheon branches are nearby by car, and the infrastructure of Seoul National University Venture Town Station along with pleasant natural environments such as Gwanaksan and Samsungsan Mountains provide a good environment for raising children.


This complex is a car-free apartment on the ground, designed with 100% underground parking, and delivery vehicles also enter through the underground parking lot. In addition, various community facilities such as a fitness club, GX club, golf club, senior club, daycare center, greenery studio, and reading room will be established within the complex.


Meanwhile, Sillim New Town, where Seoul National University Venture Town Station Prugio is located, is the largest redevelopment area in the southwestern part of Seoul. It will be transformed into a mini new town with a total area of about 354,000㎡ and 6,100 households. With the recently opened Sillim Line Seoul National University Venture Town Station, Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway, and 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, it will become a new residential hub in the southwestern part of Seoul, conveniently connecting major downtown areas of Seoul as well as the metropolitan area.


Sillim New Town is being developed in three zones. Zone 2 is a project supplying 1,487 households in 20 buildings with 4 basement floors to 28 floors above ground, constructed by a consortium of Daewoo E&C and Lotte E&C. Zone 1, selected as the first target site for Seoul City’s rapid integrated planning, is reported to have recently completed architectural review for redevelopment.
