Samyangsa SubQ Unveils New Products from Swiss Frozen Bakery 'Histang'

4 Types Including Mini Kaiser Soft Version

Samyang's food ingredient distribution brand 'SubQ' announced on the 1st that it has launched four new products from the Swiss frozen bakery brand 'Histang,' which it exclusively supplies in Korea.

The newly introduced products are ▲Mini Kaiser Soft Bun ▲Mini Focaccia Bun ▲Mini Ciabatta Roll ▲Mini Olive Ciabatta Roll.

The Mini Kaiser Soft Bun features a unique pinwheel shape with a crispy exterior and a soft interior texture. The Mini Focaccia Bun is made to offer a refreshing herbal taste and aroma. Both products can be consumed immediately after thawing and can be quickly prepared within about 5 minutes if needed.

The Mini Ciabatta Roll stands out with its chewy texture. The combination of black olives and ciabatta (Italian-style baguette) is appealing. These two products can also be prepared within about 10 minutes, offering excellent cooking convenience.

The four new Histang products are made in small sizes of 35g, making them suitable for various dessert menus such as Ang Butter (bread served with sweet red bean paste and butter) and sandwiches using ham and cheese. These products are expected to be supplied mainly to domestic hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

They are also available at the SubQ Smart Store. To celebrate the launch, a promotion is being held for one month until the 1st of next month, offering a free product of the same price when purchasing any product.
