RSquare announced on the 31st that it will participate in this event as the first Asian company to unveil the commercial real estate analysis solution 'RSquare Analytics' and conduct various on-site events. The event will be held from July 1st to 2nd at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul.

Now in its 5th year, NextRise is a startup expo jointly hosted by the Korea Development Bank, Korea International Trade Association, National Research Council of Science & Technology, Korea Venture Business Association, and Korea Venture Capital Association. The event features exhibitions, investment consultations, lectures, and joint recruitment briefings.

RSquare will set up an exclusive promotion booth and offer special benefits including ▲reduced brokerage fees for tenants ▲discounts on office furniture and electronic products ▲free legal agency fees (based on 200 pyeong, 660㎡). Additionally, they will run a campaign providing various prizes such as premium wine opener sets to those who subscribe to the commercial real estate newsletter 'RSquare Universe,' which has 25,000 readers, and add them as friends on social media platforms like KakaoTalk and Instagram.

'RSquare Analytics,' unveiled by RSquare, is a specialized commercial real estate analysis solution containing all market information on supply, leasing, and transactions based on data from 300,000 domestic and international office and commercial buildings.
