GS Construction announced on the 25th that it will open the model house for Unjeong Xi Signature, located in Unjeong New Town, Paju, Gyeonggi Province, on the 26th and officially begin sales.
Unjeong Xi Signature will be developed on Block A19 of Paju Unjeong 3 District, consisting of 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 74 to 134㎡, totaling 988 households.
The complex offers a variety of unit types to broaden consumer choices, featuring specialized floor plans such as household separation types, outdoor space types, open balconies, and penthouse types.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on July 5th, followed by first-priority subscription applications on June 7th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on June 14th, and official contracts will be signed over four days from June 26th to 29th.
Eligibility for first-priority subscription requires at least one year of subscription to the housing subscription savings account and payment of the deposit amount according to the region and area. Applicants must be non-homeowners aged 19 or older residing in Paju or the metropolitan area (Gyeonggi Province, Seoul, Incheon) as of the announcement date, and those owning one or more homes can also apply. The project is subject to the price ceiling system.
With the GTX-A Unjeong Station (tentative name) planned near the complex, excellent access to Seoul is expected. The GTX-A line section from Unjeong Station to Seoul Station is currently under construction, aiming for partial opening in the second half of 2024. Additionally, easy access to Seoul-Munsan Expressway, Jayuro, and Second Jayuro provides a well-connected transportation network.
The educational environment is also excellent. Right in front of the complex are Unjeong 4 Elementary School and Unjeong 5 Middle School, which recently passed the Ministry of Education's central investment review, allowing for walking commutes. Furthermore, a daycare center (planned) and a care center (planned) will be established within the complex to provide safe and sustainable educational conditions for preschool children.
Nearby, large marts such as Homeplus and E-Mart are located, along with lifestyle and cultural facilities like a cinema and Gyohadong Library. Moreover, the area around GTX-A Unjeong Station (tentative name) is planned to develop commercial, office, park, and cultural facilities through a special station area planning zone, which is expected to further enhance residential convenience once development is completed.
In addition, from the complex to Unjeong Lake Park, various parks such as Sannae Park and Unjeong Health Park are connected by green corridors, providing a rich natural environment and promising a pleasant residential life.
Unjeong Xi Signature also stands out with its excellent design. The complex is primarily oriented southward to maximize sunlight, ventilation, and openness, and includes alpha rooms (in some units) and pantries (in some units) to expand storage space and usability.
Within the complex, ‘Club Cloud,’ a high-end sky lounge exclusive to Xi, along with a fitness club, golf practice range, indoor sports area, and GX room, form the specialized community ‘Club Xi’an,’ enhancing residents’ living convenience. Additionally, each household is provided with one storage unit in the basement, and approximately 1.5 parking spaces per household are secured.
The complex also incorporates cutting-edge systems to improve quality of life. The ‘Sys Clein’ total air solution system, which enables ventilation and purification without opening windows, will be installed in the living room and master bedroom. Internet of Things (IoT) solutions allowing residents to control lighting, heating, and gas remotely will also be applied.
A GS Construction sales official stated, “There is high customer interest as direct benefits are expected once the GTX-A line opens,” adding, “We will introduce a landmark representing the region by applying differentiated designs throughout the complex, including landscaping and community facilities.”
The model house for Unjeong Xi Signature is located at 1481 Wadong-dong, Paju City, and is scheduled to open on the 26th. The complex is expected to be ready for occupancy in March 2026.
