Jeju Western Fire Station (Chief Kim Young-ho) conducted workplace training for all employees in the fire station's main conference room on the 24th.
According to Jeju Western Fire Station, this training was conducted to improve mental health programs, enhance the capabilities necessary for firefighters to perform their duties, and establish proper values as public officials.

The main contents included the Heart Saver certificate awarding ceremony, suicide prevention and psychological understanding enhancement training, and integrity education through cases of misconduct.
Chief Kim Young-ho said, "Through this workplace training, I hope to cultivate a desirable sense of integrity as public officials and foster a mature organizational culture that respects and cares for each other."
